Our Process - The Water Damage

Most of us in our lifetime will never deal with a water damage in our home. Of course that is not true for everyone. If you are one of those that has dealt with or are dealing with a water damage our teams take a very structured approach to ensure we get your home to preloss condition as quickly as possible. Our process is broken up into several phases and steps that take us through the entire process from the initial visit to final billing to the insurance carrier.
Phase 1 consists of Project Initiation this is the initial meeting with the customer explaining our process and taking our required photos and measurements. Following this we move over to Phase 2 which is our Project Plan. This is where our crews collect moisture readings and compile a plan of action. If any necessary approvals are needed our crew would,during this phase, reach out to an insurance adjuster and obtain those additional approvals. Phase 3 then consists of actually performing the plan that was put in place by the water crew chief. The final phase it the project close out. At this phase our crew chief does a final walkthrough with our customer and ensures the job is satisfactory.
