I was very happy with SERVPRO of East Baton Rouge. I am not sure what could be improved. It was refreshing to have staff here that seemed to like their jobs. Employees were professional, courteous and addressed all my concerns. They were friendly and no one on the team was slow working nor did they act like they didn't want to be here working. 

It is so difficult to find employees like the team that worked at my house. I hire employees for my office and it seems like half the employees these days just want to get a check and do as little as possible - not that case with your SERVPRO team. Thanks!
